Hello, we just tried these. They were good but had a lot of chicken left over and our sauce was liquid like salad dressing. We thought maybe we should have drained the cucumber which went into the sauce. We will definitely try this recipe again!! Thanks.

This is great! I marinated the chicken in olive oil and Greek seasoning for a few hours and cooked it in a pan. I made the sauce a few hours before too. We’ll be making this again!

Delicious! I doubled the seasoning amount for the chicken and grilled it. I also added lemon zest to the tzatziki sauce and didn’t blend it-turned out the perfect consistency.

Instead of “greek seasoning” which can vary in flavor depending on the brand or if you don’t have any……try this, I use fresh ingredients.. Marinate your chicken or pork in a mixture of chopped garlic (lots), fresh oregano – a good handful chopped, olive oil, salt and pepper and a tablespoon or so of lemon juice. toss all ingredients together. Let marinate in the fridge for a few hours if possible. I usually skewer the pieces and grill over the bbq. Serve with the toppings as suggested.

Hi Leigh, Greek seasoning is a unique blend of 13 ingredients. Mix all ingredients in a bowl: 2 teaspoons salt, 2 teaspoons garlic powder, 2 teaspoons dried basil, 2 teaspoons dried oregano, 1 teaspoon ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon dried parsley, 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, 1 teaspoon dried dill weed, 1 teaspoon dried marjoram, ½ teaspoon ground thyme, ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg, ½ teaspoon cinnamon and 1 teaspoon cornstarch. Blend spices in a spice grinder for a finer texture. Hope that helps!
