PRACTICES at Green YMCA
All swimmers are expected to be able to understand and follow all safety rules and procedures.
Group placement is determinednot only by swimming ability, but alsolistening skills, ability to remain engaged and follow multiple sets of instructions given at one time, understanding pace clock/interval times, technique, and practice behavior.

Swimmers must be 9 years of age or older by June 1, and have at least 2 seasons of competitive swimming experience. Registration is subject to coach approval.
