  save your self the waiste oftime and goto high plains tire the owner atthis store and the manager only cares about the money not your safty they make the guys inthe shop over torque your wheels and are completely disrespectful tothere customers

  Called toget anew set offront tires onmycar. Knew there was only one size but didn't have itwritten down. Person onthe phone asked for the size, told him the make and model. Iwas rudely told “C'mon, you should know the size. Ithas more than one size”. Ended the call there and double checked,yup, only size onmycar. Took mybusiness down the street and won't becoming back. Please berespectful and helpful toyour customers, plenty ofother shops that willbe.

  Worse experience I'vehad, they called after Ileft totell methey did more work onmy vehicle than Iasked for and Iowed them more money sobefore Itook myvehicle back Ichecked the parts they said they changed and can tell 100% none ofthem was changed myair filter was extremely dirty (first they said they blew itout then said they changed itout for anew one then said Ididn't need one but even the change air filter light comes onmy dash) itwas never touched myfuel filters they couldn't tell mewhere they was located orcouldn't show memy old ones (the fuel filters wasn't onthe list ofthings todo Itold them Ineeded atire fixed and air filter) they did fix mytire but didn't even put myspare tire back under the truck just threw itin the bed and charged $25for itI will never dobusiness with them again and definitely wouldn't recommend anyone else they are ascam and the work they dois trash. Iwas amechanic over 12years managed 2shops soI've seen this alot it's sad how some shops will take advantage ofpeople because the vehicle got dropped off sothey don't dohonest work it's pathetic.… – show

  Called yesterday toget the price onputting ball joints onmy truck made the appointment yesterday for today tohave 2upper ball joints installed got there todrop the vehicle off tells mehe has noparts only 1balljoint intown and the other would probably bebackordered… Sowhy wasn't Icalled and told they don't have the parts Iwould have gladly waited until next week but the appointment was made for today and ifthe parts were backordered why would Iwant toleave myvehicle there fordays onend when Iwas told they would have all the parts today.
  I will never goback here! and unless you want toleave your vehicle with them for who knows how long Iwould suggest you goelsewhere.… – show

  While visiting family inWoodward Ihad aflat and had tobuy anew tire toget home. 2months later the tire iscompletely separated and nolonger serviceable. Icalled and spoke tothe shop and told methere’s nothing they can dowithout the tire there. Ilive 4hours away with noassistance. A$240lesson not todo business with these folks.

  Went inwith trailer tire issues. Needed 2new ones. Walked inand was completely ignored. Two men atdesks. Not one even acknowledgedme. The fat bald one glanced atme then intentionally turned away. Hewas not doing anything else. Noone likes tobe ignored!! Iwalked! Nowonder somany bad reviews about attitudes.

  We had ablowout onour camper right outside Woodward, and wecalled KandS. They were ready tohelp usimmediately and they got usfixed upquickly. They even had clean bathrooms for our kids.
